What it isEach assistant uses AI language models (LLMs) and external services (APIs) to read, write, plan and act. The providers of those services charge for every request.

How much does it cost?

Two parts. A fixed platform fee of $10 per team member per month, paid to Veelake. Plus a variable AI usage cost: what the AI models and APIs charge for the work your team's assistants do. That part goes to those providers, not to Veelake, and we use our expertise to help you keep costs low and predictable.

Why is AI usage charged separately?

Every request an assistant handles uses external AI models and services, and their providers charge per use. Keeping it separate means you pay exactly what your team uses, at the providers' rates, with nothing added by Veelake.

Who is Veelake EA for?

Teams and organisations. It is set up by a team or organisation leader for their people, from a single department to an entire organisation, rather than bought by individuals.

Can we start with one team and expand later?

Yes. Start small with one team, see the results, then add people or departments whenever you are ready.

Where does our data live?

The EA Platform is installed on a virtual computer you control. Each person's assistant, conversations and remembered context are kept separate from everyone else's.

What support do we get?

You get your own AI partner as an account manager, who helps your team make the most of the platform and of AI in general. Our AI partnership work is led by our Senior AI Partner, Dennis Asamoah Owusu.

How do we roll it out across our organisation?

Talk to us about your team. We set up the platform, you choose who gets an assistant and their usage limits, and each person is ready in minutes with their work email.

Do I need to install a new app?

No. You message your EA on WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams or email, just as you would a human assistant. The web dashboard is there when you want an overview or to manage connections, but you never have to use it for day-to-day work.
